Greg Dvorken is a senior communications strategist and executive advisor with 25 years building narrative infrastructure for organizations where the story is technically complex, the regulatory environment is unforgiving, and the stakes are reputational.

He has navigated KPMG through a $456M federal criminal investigation, built Sony's global crisis communications framework across 200+ countries, led Ericsson's 5G transformation narrative across four international markets, and grown Weber Shandwick's Global Technology Practice to $85M in revenue.

He is currently Executive Advisor at ArcKernel, an agentic AI governance infrastructure company, and founder of GDC Advisory, an independent practice operating since 2004 at the intersection of enterprise technology, emerging AI, and high-stakes institutional communications.
